Outstanding customer service!

All I can say is that Norfolk Cleaning Group offer outstanding customer service and rug cleaning! I asked for a quote online for a client – at 5pm on a Thursday! - and received a phone call immediately from Sean. He was kind, helpful, and very easy to book an appointment. He came to the client's house next day to look at the carpet in the rooms to clean. Although we scheduled for a later date, he said he would have been able to do it same day. They completed cleaning the carpets in 4 bedrooms today and were out in 3 hours. Place looks amazing. Quick, thorough, efficient, and the price was really great - definitely less than I thought it would be, especially for the work they provided. I will be having them to my home next to steam clean all of our carpets. Thanks to The Norfolk Cleaning Group!

Excellent Service, Highly recommended!

Imagine my horror when I accidentally spilled dark chocolate on my cream linen sofa late at night, I emailed Norfolk Cleaning Group immediately to see if they could come remove the stain and clean our sofa. Early in the next morning I received a response from Dimitar in the office saying they would be in touch later the same day to schedule a time to review with me. Sure thing, I got a call in a few hours to assess the job, talk pricing and schedule the cleaning. That next day they arrived at my house and reviewed all of the available pricing options / results with me again in person. We ended up going with the deep clean and being fully honest, our sofa literally looks like it did the day we had it delivered. Their prices are more than fair and the attention to detail and customer service is great; we will be using them more frequently to ensure it stays looking that good!

The Norfolk Cleaning Group was a pleasure to work with. I needed a quick deep cleaning of my two rugs and my sofa that my two smelly hounds made their own. Alex and his colleague made our dirty rugs and sofa look brand spanking new and it smells so good in our apartment again! I am reluctant to let my dogs on the furniture again! From start to finish, The Norfolk Cleaning Group was kind, courteous and professional. They came to assess the "damage," gave me a reasonable quote and got right to work! Soon after, I had my place back to normal!

Great experience!

Great experience! The woman who scheduled the cleaning was very pleasant and was able to schedule me within a few days. The Norfolk Cleaning Group crew arrived on time, looked at the areas and gave me a price which was reasonable. They cleaned the carpet very well. It was not too wet when they left and was dry completely by the next morning. This was the best experience I have had with a carpet cleaning company.

Excellent service 5*

We got Norfolk Cleaning Group to service the new cottage we were going to move into. Although we agreed on only cleaning carpets and disinfection of two bathrooms, when Gerry arrived we had a look at the flat together. She is very professional, trustworthy and honest. She definitely respects what she is doing and is very helpful to the customer. I kindly asked for cleaning of some walls with a lot of stains which we couldn’t reach. During the time they spent in the cottage, Nigel and Matthew did an amazing job; including further cleaning of several places they’ve seen dirty. Cottage was literally shining at the end. They worked really quickly and neatly. It’s not easy to find such companies as Norfolk Cleaning Group that are committed to deliver what’s agreed. I definitely recommend Norfolk Cleaning Group to everyone! And for sure, after we move, we will continue to use and recommend their service!

Great service, highly recommend.

Alex did a small guttering job for me. He was brilliant at communicating and carried out the job efficiently with no fuss or problems. Really happy with the guttering cleaning. Would highly recommend.
