Outstanding customer service!

All I can say is that Norfolk Cleaning Group offer outstanding customer service and rug cleaning! I asked for a quote online for a client – at 5pm on a Thursday! - and received a phone call immediately from Sean. He was kind, helpful, and very easy to book an appointment. He came to the client's house next day to look at the carpet in the rooms to clean. Although we scheduled for a later date, he said he would have been able to do it same day. They completed cleaning the carpets in 4 bedrooms today and were out in 3 hours. Place looks amazing. Quick, thorough, efficient, and the price was really great - definitely less than I thought it would be, especially for the work they provided. I will be having them to my home next to steam clean all of our carpets. Thanks to The Norfolk Cleaning Group!
