Excellent Service, Highly recommended!

Imagine my horror when I accidentally spilled dark chocolate on my cream linen sofa late at night, I emailed Norfolk Cleaning Group immediately to see if they could come remove the stain and clean our sofa. Early in the next morning I received a response from Dimitar in the office saying they would be in touch later the same day to schedule a time to review with me. Sure thing, I got a call in a few hours to assess the job, talk pricing and schedule the cleaning. That next day they arrived at my house and reviewed all of the available pricing options / results with me again in person. We ended up going with the deep clean and being fully honest, our sofa literally looks like it did the day we had it delivered. Their prices are more than fair and the attention to detail and customer service is great; we will be using them more frequently to ensure it stays looking that good!
